Alright, now we’re talking cream corn. THIS IS WHERE IT’S REALLY AT- that crock pot cream corn! This recipe was almost too good and I think it’s because of all the awful for you ingredients that go into it. Literally all I did was put 2 frozen bags of corn in the pot, one stick of butter, 1 (8oz) package cream cheese, 1/2 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon white sugar, and salt and pepper to taste…yes to taste. Then set the bad boy to low for about 5 hours. Sadly I had no guest at dinner that night, but oh boy lucky me, I had an a** of cream corn!!!!
My friend Douglas also makes this same recipe and agrees that it’s the Southern way and highly recommended. I know one person reading this though that should NOT eat this because of all the dairy….you know who you are!!!!
success? for more than one person eating it, yes. Otherwise too much for one person and leaves you dead on the couch.
